Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once the digital file has been delivered to your email, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:
- You did not receive the file within 24 hours after payment (and you have checked your spam/junk folder).
- The delivered file is corrupted or incomplete.

In such cases, please contact us at vuzun81@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue (resend the file or issue a refund if necessary).

We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Inability to download due to technical issues on your side
- Color differences between screen and print
